Bookings and Payments

Booking Requirements

• All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking.

• Booking Fees are non-refundable but transferable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• The booking fee amount will be applied towards the final cost of the service.

Premium Slots

• Appointments before 10:00 AM will incur an additional £20 charge.

​

Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include debit card, credit card, and cash.

​

Final Payment

• The balance must be paid in full upon the completion of the service.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Cancellation Policy

• All booking fees are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your booking fee will still be forfeited and a £10 rescheduling fee will apply.

• To reschedule (with or without notice) your deposit will remain non-refundable and a new booking fee will be required to secure your booking.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged an additional £10 fee.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be charged an additional £20 fee.

• Please note arriving late may disrupt our schedule and reduce the time available for your service. In such cases, service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

• If lateness significantly affects our schedule, it is at the stylist discretion whether the service can still be carried out. Late arrival does not guarantee that you will be serviced, and in such cases, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Refunds

• Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. It cannot be refunded for cancellations, rescheduling, accidental bookings, or failure to attend.

• Refunds are not offered for completed services unless at the discretion of OYINNSTOUCH under exceptional circumstances. This does not create any entitlement or expectation of a refund.

Quality Assurance

• OYINNSTOUCH strives to provide professional, high-quality services. However, results may vary based on individual hair conditions and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are encouraged to follow the aftercare advice provided by their stylist to maintain their hairstyle and hair health.

​

Previous Treatments

• We are not liable for results affected by non-professional or previous treatments that were not disclosed during consultation.

​

Stylist Availability

• We do our best to accommodate stylist requests, but stylist availability cannot be guaranteed. If your chosen stylist is unavailable, we will offer an alternative at the same time or reschedule your appointment.

Health and Safety

Client Information

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions that may impact the service.

Right to Refuse Service

• OYINNSTOUCH reserves the right to refuse services where there is a risk to the client’s health or the safety of our staff.

Children’s Policy

• Children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times.

• We ask that only those receiving services attend the appointment to ensure a peaceful and professional environment.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, designs, and logos, on the OYINNSTOUCH website is the exclusive property of OYINNSTOUCH.

• Reproduction or duplication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Photography, Video & Content Creation

In-Branch Content Recording
• OYINNSTOUCH may take photographs and/or video recordings within the branch for promotional, marketing, training, or social media purposes. This may include recording services being carried out, finished hairstyles, and general activity within the salon environment.

Client Consent
• By attending your appointment, entering our premises, or receiving services from OYINNSTOUCH, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may take place and that you may be captured in such content.

Use of Content
• Any photographs or video footage taken may be used by OYINNSTOUCH for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Opt-Out Requests
• Clients who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must inform staff clearly before their appointment or upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all background content captured in the branch.
