An Outstanding Experience

At OYINNSTOUCH, we aim to provide every client with the best possible service in a professional and comfortable environment. These policies help appointments run smoothly and ensure fairness for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Booking fees are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the booking fee to a future booking.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in loss of booking fee.

Same-day emergency rescheduling may be permitted by calling your branch, subject to a £10 fee and availability.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please contact us.

Arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a £10 fee.

Arrivals over 30 minutes late will incur a £20 fee.

Late arrival may result in reduced service time, rescheduling, or the appointment being reassigned.

Service Changes

Service changes must fit within the originally booked time. Changes requiring additional time may incur a £10 inconvenience fee or require rescheduling.

Premium Appointment Times

Appointments before 10:00AM will incur £20 fee.​

Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with hair properly washed and blow-dried unless this service is booked. Additional preparation required at the appointment may incur extra charges.

Braids: Bring pre-stretched extensions only.

Wigs / Frontals: Hair must be delivered to the salon at least 5 days before your appointment. Late drop-off fees are £20.

Frontal & Wig Aftercare

Allow glue to fully dry for 24 hours before exposure to moisture (including sweat). Failure to follow aftercare may affect results.

Adjustments may be requested within 7 days. Refunds are not provided.

Visitors

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, only clients receiving services may attend appointments.

If you require a parent, guardian, or essential companion for legal or medical reasons, please inform us in advance.

Retail Products

Products are exchange only if unused and unopened.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded.

Orders cancelled after dispatch must be returned before a refund is processed.
