  • How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Log in or create an account, then navigate to your profile. Under "upcoming sessions," select "amend booking" to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any additional charges.
  • How can I book an appointment?
    Visit our homepage and select either the Chatham or Plumstead branch to book an appointment.
  • Do you accept card payments in the salon?
    Our preferred payment methods are direct bank transfer, PayPal, or Paylink.
  • Can I bring a guest to my appointment?
    We recommend that only clients with appointments attend, as our waiting space is limited. If bringing a guest is necessary, please inform the salon when scheduling your appointment.
  • What type of hair should I purchase for knotless braids?
    We use Ultra Braids Pre-stretched extensions. Please note that only pre-stretched hair is accepted. Bringing unstretched hair may incur additional fees.
  • What type of hair should I purchase for boho braids?
    We recommend Water Wave or Loose Deep Wave curls for boho braids. For optimal results and reduced shedding, use braiding curls in bundles. These are available on our website at [www.oyinnstouch.co.uk/shop](http://www.oyinnstouch.co.uk/shop).
  • How long do knotless braids last?
    Knotless braids typically last 4-6 weeks or longer. However, we advise clients not to keep them in for more than 8 weeks.
  • How long do boho braids last?
    Boho braids generally last 4-6 weeks or longer. We recommend not exceeding 8 weeks.
  • How long do twists/plaits on natural hair last?
    Twists or plaits can last between 2-5 weeks or longer, but we advise not leaving them in for more than 8 weeks.
  • How long does a wig installation last?
    A wig installation can last 1-3 weeks or longer with proper maintenance. We recommend not exceeding 4 weeks.
  • How far in advance should I drop off my hair?
    Please drop off your hair at least five days before your appointment to avoid delays or extra fees.
  • How do I use a gift card purchased from Oyinn’s Touch?
    To redeem your gift card, simply enter the unique code provided at checkout when booking or placing an order.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are shipped within 3-7 working days across the UK.
  • Can I get a refund for a service?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on services. However, we may provide a voucher or a discount for your next booking.
  • Can I get a refund for a product?
    Yes, refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • How do I make a complaint?
