Founder Story
Founded by Oyindamola Ige (Oyin), Oyinnstouch began with a
passion for hair, creativity and entrepreneurship. Oyin started
building the business at just 13 and, by 18, had registered the
company and opened her first salon.
What began as a young entrepreneur’s vision has grown into a
multi-location salon brand built around specialist skill, consistent
standards and a welcoming client experience. Today, Oyin
continues to lead the brand’s creative direction, training and
growth, with a focus on developing talented stylists and raising the
standard of professional hair care.
Our Journey
From our first salon to a growing network, including Plumstead and Chatham, Oyinnstouch has grown by staying focused on one thing: giving clients access to skilled, specialist hair care in an environment that feels professional, welcoming and consistent. Our team works across braids, natural hair care, wigs, lace services, sew-ins, ponytails and styling. As we continue to grow, our aim is to build a salon brand clients can trust across every location – supported by ongoing training, clear standards and a team committed to improving their craft.

Our mission is to raise the standard of professional hair care for textured hair through skill, education, consistency and an exceptional client experience. We want every Oyinnstouch salon to be a trusted space where clients feel heard, cared for and confident in the service they choose.
We are also committed to developing stylists through ongoing training and creating opportunities for growth as the brand expands.
