Our Wig Maintenance service is designed to refresh and restore your unit. Clients can book this service for a lace touch-up or a frontal/closure replacement with reinstallation, depending on the condition of their wig. This service can be carried out on OYINNSTOUCH units or foreign units. Lace Touch Up This service is perfect for refreshing your install and maintaining your lace between full appointments. It includes regluing any lifted edges (this is not a removal and reinstall), hot combing to smooth and flatten the hair, reflating the lace for a natural finish, and straightening to restore a sleek look. This service is recommended if your install is still in good condition but just needs a quick refresh Frontal / Closure Replacement & Installation: This service involves the removal of your old frontal or closure and replacement with a new one. The new lace will be customised to create a natural hairline and seamless finish before the unit is professionally installed. This service includes: • Removal of old frontal/closure • Frontal or closure replacement • Bleaching of knots • Custom plucking • Installation • Basic styling (straightening) If you would like curls, crimps, layers, specific cuts, or additional styling, please ensure the appropriate add-on is selected when booking. These services require additional time and may not be possible during your appointment if not booked in advance. Important Information Please note cornrows are not included in this service. If you require cornrows, a wash, or any treatment before your install, please ensure the relevant add-on is selected when booking. For all replacement services, the lace must be replaced with the same size that was originally used. For example: a 13x6 frontal must be replaced with another 13x6. Hair must be dropped off at the salon at least 5 working days before your appointment for any replacement service. Failure to do so will result in an additional £20 late fee. Colour Add-On: If you would like your wig coloured Jet Black, please ensure the Jet Black Colour add-on is selected when booking. If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, you must also add the Express Jet Black Colour add-on so we can prioritise your request.
