Service Description

Your pre-made wig, usually factory-made, will be customised and installed for a natural hairline and secure fit. Please ensure the lace is uncut. If you would like curls, crimps, layers, specific cuts, or additional styling, please ensure the appropriate add-on is selected when booking. These services require additional time and may not be possible during your appointment if they have not been booked in advance. Please note cornrows are not included in this service. If you require cornrows, a wash, or any treatment before your install, please ensure the relevant add-on is selected when booking. Hair must be dropped to the salon at least 5 working days before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an additional £20 late fee. If you would like your hair coloured jet black, please ensure the Jet Black Colour add-on is selected when booking. If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, please also add the Express Jet Black Colour add-on so we can prioritise your request. Please call our admin line on 07471 099424 so we can inform your stylist to process your colouring service. We can also provide HD Closure or Frontal pre-made wigs ready for your appointment if needed. Please allow 5–7 working days for the hair to arrive and take this into consideration when booking.
